In Situ Wireless Measurements
The wireless measurement devices, smartCAPS, measure at the most relevant place:
at the core of the fluid where the reaction is taking place.

Standard range:
The standard range allows temperature, agitation, pH, pressure, conductivity follow-up.
In addition, this range involves many opportunities as homogeneity study, mixing time study or process optimization. It is also possible to measure hydrodynamic values as the agitation rate, shear rate or the hydrodynamic signature.

ATEX range:
The ATEX range has been specially designed to comply the ATEX regulation.
This product range is specially adapted to customers who work in explosive environment.
Hygiene range:
In order to preserve our customer products hygiene, smartINST developed a hygiene range to meet this special needs. This new range includes temperature, agitation, and conductivity sensors. All these products are autoclavable, clean in place and steam sterilizable.
Hygiene smartCAPS are made in medical PEEK and autoclavable up to 6 x 2 times.
